Feel Good Fridays

Hi, I’m Emily, and I’ve just started VYBE Voice and Yoga. I am a professional singer and yoga teacher, and I’ll be running regular classes upstairs at the Chapel from Friday, 2nd February. My Friday classes are designed to allow time for you to wind down and relax at the end of the week, with grounding and nourishing poses and practices to release and allow space in the body and mind, and to help prepare you for a wonderful weekend!  As I’m a musician, there may be some music mixed in there too..

I’m really looking forward to welcoming you to class at the beautiful Chapel! All details on the poster.
