I’m a Seasonal Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher based in the Northwest of England.
A warm invitation to join us for a nourishing Seasonal yoga workshop at the Chapel Ormskirk. The morning will consist of meditation, yoga and relaxation and will finish with a hot drink of your choice in the Chapel Ormskirk cafe.
